Why was the parking and scale status removed?

I tried using this app today and notice the icon in the lower right hand of the screen was no longer there to see parking availability and the weigh stations open/close status...Did D.O.T. have both removed ? This app is worthless to me without them. Ill change rate status if this is some app or phone defect thats temporary
